Create a new template set and define the templates for a shell plate.

Create templates for a shell plate

Select the shell plate for which you want to define a new template set from the dialog's Not Used and/or Used lists. The selected shell plate is automatically displayed in Hull Viewer. Selecting additional shell plates will add the selected shell plates to Hull Viewer.

Clicking OK opens the template property dialog in case you selected one shell plate. See Templates Wizard: Create Templates for Plates.

If you selected two or more shell plates, clicking OK closes the function.

Not used – Displays those shell plates in the current active block that are not yet part of any template set. Double-click an item to add it to the Selected list. You can also select one or more items and click .

Used – Displays those shell plates in the current active block that are already part of one or more template sets. Double-click an item to add it to the Selected list. You can also select one or more items and click .

Selected – Displays the shell plates that are selected from the Not used and/or Used list. Double-click an item to remove it from the list, and make it selectable again in its original list. You can also select one or more items and click .

Note: Apart from the Template ribbon, functions in all ribbon tabs, except those in the Draw tab, will be unavailable until the Close function is selected.
