Defining template sets

The Shell application contains functions to create and manage template sets.

Shell > Template > Create >

• Template – Create a new template set and define the templates for a shell plate. The selected shell plate and the default sight plane, sight line plane and templates will be displayed in Hull Viewer and the Templates Wizard is started. See Template.
• Automatic – Automatically generate and code template sets for all the shell plates in the active block. See Automatic.
• Jig Plane – Create jig planes for shell plates. See Jig Plane.

Shell > Template > Manage >

• Open – Open a template set. The selected template set opens in Hull Viewer. See Open.
• Save – Save the currently open template set into the template database. See Save.
• Remove – Remove the selected template set(s). See Remove.
