Change Hole Status

Construction > Holes > Change Hole Status

Set the default hole type selections for the Hole Selection Menu that opens when the Construction > Modify > Holes > Hole Status function is started, and the default selections in the Hole Status dialog that follows.

The first 5 settings also set the defaults for some of the selections available in the hole selection filter in the 3D-Contek > Production > Production > Report > Hole List function.

Default Include Cutting Holes

When set to Enabled:

  • Include Cutting Holes is preselected in the Hole Selection Menu of the Hole Status function.

  • Cutting Holes is preselected in the hole selection filter of the Hole List function.

Default Include Marked Holes

When set to Enabled:

  • Include Marked Holes is preselected in the Hole Selection Menu of the Hole Status function.

  • Marked holes is preselected in the hole selection filter of the Hole List function.

Default Include Indications

When set to Enabled:

  • Include Indications is preselected in the Hole Selection Menu of the Hole Status function.

  • Indications is preselected in the hole selection filter of the Hole List function.

Default Include Accepted Holes

When set to Enabled:

  • Include Accepted Holes is preselected in the Hole Selection Menu of the Hole Status function.

  • Accepted holes is preselected in the hole selection filter of the Hole List function.

Default Include Locked Holes

When set to Enabled:

  • Include Locked Holes is preselected in the Hole Selection Menu of the Hole Status function.

  • Locked holes is preselected in the hole selection filter of the Hole List function.

Default Hole Type

Set which option is preselected for Hole type in the Hole Status dialog: Cutting hole (default), Marked hole, Indication or Do not change.

Default Acceptance Status

Set which option is preselected for Acceptance status in the Hole Status dialog: Do not change (default), Accepted or Rejected.

Default Lock Status

Set which option is preselected for Lock status in the Hole Status dialog: Do not change (default), Locked or Not locked.

Lock Follows Acceptance

For the Hole Status function. When set to Enabled, the Default Lock Status option is not taken into account. Instead, the Default Acceptance Status is used. If the acceptance status is Accepted, the lock state is set to Locked and editing in Outfitting is not possible. When the acceptance status is Rejected, the lock state is set to Not Locked and editing in Outfitting is possible.

Note: Enabling this setting does not automatically set the lock state for previously accepted holes, nor unlock previously locked holes.
