Set the codes for geometrically determined bevel types.
The descriptions are composed by filling in the fields selected in each setting.
- The Reduction top field is filled with the value defined by the Reduction/Taper Code Top setting.
- The Reduction bottom field is filled with the value defined by the Reduction/Taper Code Bottom setting.
- The Opening (nonzero) field is filled with the value defined by the Opening Text Code field.
- The Opening field always specifies the opening value, whereas the Opening (nonzero) field is only filled for values not equal to 0.0.
- The Weld Text field is filled with the value defined by the Weld Text setting.
- The Name field defines the name of the bevel. The name can be set by the user, by default the predefined bevel name is used.
- It is also possible to add plane text in-between of the program parameters.
You can set codes for the following bevel types:
- Description For Type I
- Description For Type V+
- Description For Type V-
- Description For Type X (symmetrical, no nose)
- Description For Type Y+ (large top filling)
- Description For Type Y- (large bottom filling)
- Description For Type K (with nose)
- Description For Type X+ (large top filling, asymmetrical, no nose)
- Description For Type X- (large bottom filling, asymmetrical, no nose)
