Color Map Label Horizontal Spacing

Set the distance in mm between the horizontal grid points for the grid placed on top of the shell plate images in shell plate elongation reports. The elongation value labels are placed at the grid points.

Color Map Label Vertical Spacing

Set the distance in mm between the vertical grid points for the grid placed on top of the shell plate images in shell plate elongation reports. The elongation value labels are placed at the grid points.

Elongation Factor

This setting affects the calculation of the elongation values shown in the labels which are placed on top the shell plate images in shell plate elongation reports. Each elongation value represents the strain value (in mm) within a certain distance along the shell plate. Elongation Factor is this distance in mm. This means that the system calculates the strain values per the distance set as the Elongation Factor.

With the default value of 1000, the system calculates the strain values for each meter (1000 mm) along the shell plate, and these values are presented as elongation values in the labels in the elongation report.

Report Output Directory

Set the main output directory where production data is created.

In addition to the fields specified in the logistical layout, the following fields can be used:

• ObjectNumber – The object number of the project.
• ProjectName – The name of the project.
• BlockGroup – The group that the block is assigned to.
• BlockName – The name of the block.
• BlockNumber – The number of the block.
• Field Separator – The field separator sign. This sign is defined by the Production > Plate Cutting Data > Settings > Field Separator setting.
• Partcode – Defines that the construction part specific part code is used. This code is specified as Part code in the Logistics > Prefixes And Part Codes setting.
• PlateRecNr – The plate record number of the part, or that of its parent plate-like part if the part has no plate record itself.
• AttRecNr – The attribute record number of the part. The number is 0 if the part has no attribute record.
• WBD Branch 1..9 – Specifies the Work Breakdown name for a specific level.

It is also possible to add text or environment variables to the fields (between % signs). To define an absolute output directory, specify the drive letter in the first field, c:\, for example.

Report File Name

Define the file name of the elongation report. The file extension is always .xls.

In addition to the fields specified in the logistical layout, the following fields can be used:

Text Label Unit System

Define the unit system that is used in the text labels in elongation reports: metric or imperial. For the metric system, accuracy can be set to use one decimal (default) or two decimals, or to use rounded values.

Text Label Font Size

Set the font size for text labels in elongation reports. The default value is 15.

Curvature Description - Flat

Set the text for describing flat surfaces in elongation reports. The default text is Flat.

This text is also used in 3D-Item Information as the Curvature type, and as the value of the crvType keyword in shell plate elongation reports (see Elongation report template).

Curvature Description - Conic

Set the text for describing conic (single-curved) surfaces in elongation reports. The default text is Conic.

This text is also used in 3D-Item Information as the Curvature type, and as the value of the crvType keyword in shell plate elongation reports (see Elongation report template).

Curvature Description - Elliptic

Set the text for describing elliptic (sphere-shaped) surfaces in elongation reports. The default text is Elliptic paraboloid.

Curvature Description - Hyperbolic

Set the text for describing hyperbolic (saddle-shaped) surfaces in elongation reports for. The default text is Hyperbolic paraboloid.
