Shell plate coding

The system is capable of coding all constructions created in such a way that the resulting geometric information can be processed directly by any nesting system for flame and plasma cutting.

Unfolding Process

For manufacturing purposes, it is required to unfold the 3D bent shell plate to a flat (2D) shape. This is done mathematically taking into account the required elongation/shrink caused by the double curvature of the 3D surface of the shell plate.
