Export

CADMATIC Plant Modeller can export 3D model objects to the following formats:

• CADMATIC 3DD/3DC export

• 3D DXF or Modasc export

• PolyTrans 3DP export

• JT export

• IFC export

• 3D DWG/DXF export

Plant Modeller can also export 3D model objects to the following formats if the relevant options were selected in the CADMATIC product installer:

• CAEPIPE export

• PipeStress export

• CAESAR II export

Note: The recommended way for exporting models is to create a 3DC file and use 3D eXchanger for AutoCAD. See 3D eXchanger for AutoCAD.
