End Cut
You can add end cuts to beams to make beveled ends. You can do this, for example, to create a miter joint between a beam and some other object.
The part of the beam that is cut away remains as a temporary, invisible object, which allows you to copy end cuts from one object to another or to remove end cuts to restore the original, uncut end.
Add
You can cut the end of a beam using a specific cut plane.
Do the following:

On the Structural tab, in the Beam group, select End Cut > Add.

Pick the beam end to which to add the cut and press Enter.

Define the cut plane using the commands in the context menu.

Press Enter. The specified part of the beam end is cut away.

You can continue adding end cuts to the same beam end, or press Esc to exit the tool.
Add using tool
You can add end cuts using a special tool, as described in End Cut Tool.
Remove
You can remove an end cut from a beam to restore the end as it was before the cutting. You must do this, for example, if you intend to bend a beam that has end cuts, as described in Bend.
Do the following:

On the Structural tab, in the Beam group, select End Cut > Remove.

Select the beam from which to remove a cut and press Enter. All the end cuts of the beam are visualized.

Click the end cut to remove and press Enter. The specified end cut is removed.

If the same beam has several end cuts, you can continue removing them one by one, or press Enter to leave the remaining end cuts.

You can select another beam from which to remove end cuts, or press Esc to exit the tool.
Copy
You can copy all the end cuts of a beam end to the other end of the same beam or to another beam.
Do the following:

On the Structural tab, in the Beam group, select End Cut > Copy.

Click the beam end that has the end cuts you want to copy and press Enter.

Click the target beam end and press Enter. The end cuts are copied.

You can continue copying the same end cuts to other beam ends, or press Esc to exit the tool.
