Tips for better walkaround settings
Here is a more detailed example of making a walkaround.
Set camera and target
With Set Camera you can define the location from where you want to start walkaround and with Set Target the location where you wan to look at from the camera location. The first view might look bad, but you can fix it during the following steps.
Scenes
Select Scenes and create a scene. Read more about scenes.

Follow camera is easy to use.

Attenuation lowers the strength of the light according to the distance from the light source. Try value 1/1(1+Kl*D) and 90% intensity at distance 3000 mm.

Camera path
Turning speed 0 deg/sec turns camera quickly, 1-30 deg/sec is usually OK.

AVI file can be configured to have 1-25 frames/sec. 15 frames/sec is reasonable, because the file is small, but the result can be shaky. 25 frames/sec makes large file, but the result is smooth.
Record AVI file
You can record an AVI file along the defined path with Images > Record AVI file along path. Read more.
Do not move or resize the Walkaround panel before recording the AVI file. During recording, avoid using any other functions or programs.
Check that you do not have "Single step" marked or there will only be one frame in the AVI file.
