Trim objects by drawing a fence that crosses the trimmed objects. You can trim lines, polylines, circles, arcs, ellipses, and elliptic arcs.
Do the following:

Select the intersecting object that you want to trim the other objects to. You can select several objects.

When you have selected the intersecting objects, press Enter.

Draw a line that intersects the objects that you want to trim on the side that you want to trim them. You can draw several lines.

When you have trimmed the objects, press Esc.

In the images below, the rectangle is the intersecting object. In the first image, the white line is the trimming line, and the program trims and removes the objects that the line intersects up to the rectangle.
