Trim objects to the closest intersecting objects

Home tab > Modify group >  Break/join menu > Trim to closest intersections, CTRIM

Trim objects to their nearest intersecting objects. You can trim lines, polylines, circles, arcs, ellipses, and elliptic arcs.

Do the following:

1. Select an object on the segment that you want to trim.

   The program trims the segment to the nearest object(s).

2. When you have trimmed the objects, press Esc.
