To create a new list layout

1. Choose "Production" -> "<Type_of_List>" -> "Report Layout" from the System Management Application menu bar.

The "Report Layout" dialog box opens and after selecting the desired 'Report type you can define the list layout parameters and appearance.

2. Save the report layout.
