Directories and files used by the program
The program installs into two different directories according to Windows' recommendations. In addition, all your own files are stored in your Windows user profile directory.
The default installation installs the files into the Program directory and the Application directory:

Program files, such as .exe and .dll are installed to C:\Program Files\CADMATIC\Draw [version number] English (the Program directory).

All files that you can edit are installed to C:\ProgramData\CADMATIC\Draw [version number] English (the Application directory).
These two directories are used to prevent problems that may occur with insufficient user permissions. This way, the executable files are also located in a directory where you have no writing permissions and they are better protected against viruses.
If you define an alternative location during the installation process, all files are installed into one base directory (Program directory and Application directory in one). In this case, you must have permissions to read from and write to the selected destination directory.
